Just loveeee the decor of this place. It's my 3rd time here & I gotta say this is my favorite one so far. It's huge & very nicely decorated! Very clean too. They even have single restrooms for customers, loved that ! Obviously it's a high end place but the products are just fabulous. I couldn't hold myself so treat myself with something special! This is my birthday month so I gotta take care of my wishes ! I feel like I was just walking around every floor & enjoying the decor , rather then shopping lol..! I will definitely come back with lots of time on my hands.

So I've been frequenting this Nordstrom for all my beauty and fragrance needs since I started coming to them and let me tell you why: THE EXPERIENCE!!! The customer service, the welcome, the one on one personalization and finishing touches. That's what so many are missing and the people who are working here have managed to not only adapt but own as skill sets. For example from the Le Labo counter alone my go to person: Imran!! He is the best and you can tell him I said so! However, there's also Pedro and Alisha there and they also are amazing, so you know you are always left in good hands! Imran will help you pin point the best fragrance for you, your friends, your relatives! I have most of my coworkers and a handful of friends coming here or sending their orders. Then at the Charlotte Tilbury counter you have Tabatha!!! Talk about A+++ Top Tier service!?! She is another one that is absolutely amazing! There was an event where they were running out of the gift box sets and Tabatha came through! What I also love is that both are honest and DON'T push sales!! They'll let you know what's for you, what isn't and what you should test first or keep an eye out for. But if she isn't available then Codi or Doreen are there to help out for Charlotte Tilbury. There's so many reasons that I keep going back but when you have hard working, friendly, helpful, personable people like Imran working there, that makes it so easy to choose Nordstrom over Sephora or Ulta when getting certain products or perfumes.

Revisited store many items since holiday season. I was well basically fired by my salesperson and I now work with Rochelle. She is in designer handbags and helpful. The store has all the designer items you need and want. It has a men’s store across the street. It has so many luxury goods and when it has a sale you can find amazing items at wonderful prices. Santa was visiting and there was even fake snow! James in shoes is my go to guy. He is awesome. Sometimes the DJ music in first floor is fun however it’s loud. Many designer brands and across the street is the mens store. Beauty department is large and there is a beauty haven as well. I like this Nordstrom and it is has great location on 57 street. Easy to reach by a few subway lines

This was my first visit to Nordstroms at w 57 and I was completely blown away by the sheer beauty of the place. It’s large and open and welcoming with staff at the ready to help . It didn’t hurt that the day I was there I met Santa and the gang on the escalator and was able to slip Santa my Christmas wish list 😃. This store reminds me of what department store shopping use to be before Saks , Neiman’s, Bergdorfs started leasing out the interiors of their stores to designer brands. These “department stores” have basically become mini malls with individual boutiques all staffed by employees of the design houses. But Here at Nordstroms the staff all work for Nordstroms. And they are super friendly and able to help you navigate around the store. Shout out to Rachel for Going up and down the five floors helping me to check off my shopping list.! There are five restaurants here! Even a bar inside the women’s shoe department! we dined at Bistro Verde at a window table with great views of the city. The food was delicious and the staff super friendly. Exhausted after nearly a full day of shopping we had a drink at Wolf’s on the second floor. This is a beautiful bar restaurant that also has exceptional views of the streets outside. There are just too many pluses to mention about this Nordstroms. In a nutshell: excellent helpful staff, great layout and lighting, great selection of clothing and brands, great dining options . Overall a joyful shopping experience that you just don’t find in department stores anymore. It’s now Going to be THE place I shop and lunch whenever I’m in the city.
